Join us on the 51社区 campus in the Health, Physical Education and Recreation (HPER) Complex to take part in the 51社区 Spring Fair. This career fair runs from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Following the career fair, employers have the opportunity to conduct face-to-face interviews on Thursday, March 29, 2018.
The career fair, hosted by Career Services, is designed to offer organizations from all industries a chance to discuss career opportunities and to share career development information with 51社区 students of all academic levels and majors – from freshman to graduate students. The 51社区 Career Fair provides a cost-effective and convenient way for employers to meet with and interview qualified applicants. Employers will be able to recruit for part-time, full-time, and internship positions, as well as other positions needed within their organizations.
In order to provide more opportunity for students, the 7th Annual 51社区 Spring Volunteer Fair will be held in conjunction with the career fair. This will give local organizations an opportunity to connect with students and fill volunteer positions. Employers, who have recruited at 51社区, look for volunteer experience on student resumes. Volunteerism is an important part of the college experience, teaches students valuable lessons in community engagement and using their education to serve their communities. It also allows students to gain experience while helping community partners to address critical needs.

Many shared that students were well-prepared and ready to work.
